More Sustainability Week Fun

Keeping with the flying machine theme, we made models out of recycled materials and held our very own RoydonFlugtag. 

Flugtag means flying day in German.  We pinched the idea from the Redbull adverts.  We also watched Dick Dastardly and Muttley in their flying machines cartoon to give us some inspiration.

Have a look at some of our recycled flying machines and see if you can work out what they have been made from.

Alfie included a handy parachute to help it fly.

But the winning flying machine was made by Lylie.  It flew the furthest in two test flights.
